Bexar Co ESD Station — Elmendorf
This is a brand new 8,800 sq ft station with four bays, 4 bunk rooms, and an officer’s quarters. This station will serve the east San Antonio MSA. We had to run off-site sewer and water to the property of around 1100 linear feet. This station came in $80k under budget and was completed 2 months ahead of schedule during the middle of the COVID pandemic.
